Price Match Guarantee — Terms & Conditions

Phase Technologies stands behind the value of the Phase Perfect® line. Under our Price Match Guarantee, we will match the price of a comparable, competing phase converter that is currently advertised for sale. These terms explain what qualifies for a match, what does not, and how to submit a request.

A price match is only possible between genuinely comparable products. Eligibility is based on the list price on the equivalent maximum starting capacity of the two units — not on a multiplier quoted price or marketing claim — and both units must be new and configured for the same operating environment.

What qualifies for a match

To be eligible for a price match, the competing product must be a comparable phase-conversion product from a recognized manufacturer, matched to the Phase Perfect® model of equivalent rated capacity. Comparable products include:

Rotary Phase Converter

A standard idler-based rotary phase converter. Eligibility is established by matching the equivalent rated capacity to the corresponding Phase Perfect® model.

Eligible

Digital or “Smart” Rotary

A rotary converter marketed as digital or smart is still an idler-based rotary and is eligible on the same equivalent-capacity basis.

Not Eligible

Static Phase Converter

A static converter has no idler and does not deliver continuous three-phase power, so it is not a comparable product and cannot be matched.

Voltage-Doubling Models

The Phase Perfect® ability to take 230 V single-phase in and deliver 460 V three-phase out has no single-unit equivalent, so there is no comparable product to match against.

Not eligible. New, currently advertised equipment only.

Requires approval before any match is offered.

Enclosure and configuration must match

A price match compares like-for-like configurations. The competing unit’s enclosure rating must match the Phase Perfect® model being quoted. An indoor-rated (NEMA 1) unit cannot be matched against an outdoor-rated (NEMA 3R) unit, as outdoor-rated equipment is built to a higher standard and price point.

A rotary qualifies for the outdoor tier only when the control box is NEMA 3R or better and the idler is TEFC (totally enclosed fan-cooled) — if the box is NEMA 1 or the idler is open-frame, we will consider the comparison unit as NEMA 1.

How to request a price match

  1. Confirm the competing unit is a new, comparable phase converter of equivalent rated capacity, currently advertised for sale.
  2. Provide the price and capacity from the competitor’s published advertised price, an official written quote, or an official online marketplace listing. Private, dealer, or distributor-only discounts do not qualify.
  3. Submit your request to Phase Technologies. We will confirm the equivalent Phase Perfect® model and verify eligibility. Submissions will generally be reviewed within 2 business days.
  4. Once verified and approved, we match the total shipped price — base price plus shipping, excluding applicable sales tax — comparing the competitor’s shipped total against the Phase Perfect® shipped total.

General terms

  • The Price Match Guarantee applies to new, currently advertised equipment only. Used, refurbished, open-box, clearance, and closeout products are not eligible on either side of the comparison.
  • Eligibility, the comparable model, and the equivalent rated capacity are determined by Phase Technologies at its sole discretion.
  • The competing offer must be verifiable at the time the request is submitted and must be for a unit available for purchase in the United States.
  • Product types or brands that are not comparable phase-conversion products may not qualify and are subject to review.
  • The Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with other promotions, rebates, or negotiated discounts unless expressly stated in writing.
  • Phase Technologies may modify or discontinue the Price Match Guarantee at any time without notice.
