Travel / Flights:
Verify class registration before booking flights You or your company are responsible for any travel or flight costs to/from Rapid City, SD.

Hotel Reservations:
Phase Technologies will make your hotel reservations in the room block upon registration of the class. Reservation confirmation and instructions to set up payment (direct to hotel) will follow via email after registering.

NOTE:
Registration is not complete until you hit "SUBMIT" button at the very bottom left of the registration form. After submission, you will be emailed an invoice with payment details. This is done manually during business hours, so it will not be sent immediately. This invoice is due within 5 days of receipt.

Finalized agenda will be sent after registration deadline.
